Chef David visits the State Fair of Texas
Chef David was invited to be a guest at the cooking demos at the State Fair of Texas in September. How great it was to go our and talk about cooking with some foodies and help show how to make some great pork belly. During the cooking demo, David was pleased to share a great recipe that would help them “wow” their next dinner party guests.
David said that he had an opportunity to meet some great fans and even had a talk with someone who was considering making the jump from the current career to follow their cooking dream. Never give up on your dreams! No matter how distant or far fetched they might appear.
