Local Friends
We are committed to our local farmers and artisan purveyors.
Local sustainability is important to us. Where possible, we use locally grown or produced ingredients. Sometimes, the product we need isn’t available locally or the quality of that product isn’t up to our standards. In that case, we seek alternative sources. But, we love to purchase from our Texas friends first!
